Venture Building

Dynamic Ideas has since 1999 worked as an incubator for great ideas. Over the years, these great ideas have resulted in ten successful companies.

Our approach

Dynamic Ideas has a long track record, or years of experience of Venture Building. During the years, ten successful companies have been spun out, where some are continuing as stand-alone companies and some are sold and incorporated into larger organizations. The ways to build a venture is based on the Client need, commercial opportunities and goals. The two most common ways of Venture Building are starting from MIT research and starting from a Client need.

The story of

In 2017, John Hanlon, the COO of Boston Public Schools, oversaw Transportation and other departments. He recognized the need to revolutionize the school bus system to minimize the time students spent on buses, improve punctuality, maximize working hours for bus drivers, remove as many buses as possible from the roads, reduce CO₂ emissions and lower costs.

Reaching out to the innovation community, Dynamic Ideas submitted the strongest proposal, based on cutting edge optimization techniques.

Fast forward, John Hanlon and Dynamic Ideas co-founded AlphaRoute to bring these same benefits to more school districts across the country.
