Position Overview:
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be a strategic and operational leader responsible for optimizing internal operations, managing resources across dynamic, high-impact projects, and building the operational structures necessary for scale. This role is critical in translating our cutting-edge innovation into scalable impact delivering on customer needs—both within the company and through the incubation and growth of spin-out ventures. You will be working with the day-to-day operations based on the strategies and goals and act as the right hand to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence & Project Optimization
- Design and implement scalable operational systems and frameworks across the company
- Streamline project execution to ensure optimal use of time, budget, and talent
- Drive KPIs for operational effectiveness, delivery timelines, and cross-functional collaboration
- Build processes to ensure high performance in a multi-project, agile environment
- Oversee and support the execution and delivery of projects. Take the lead in selected projects.
Resource Management & Team Operations
- Oversee strategic resourcing of teams across multiple projects and ventures
- Establish and manage systems for capacity planning, hiring, and partner/contractor engagement
- Collaborate with technical leads to balance innovation cycles with project delivery
- Continue to build and maintain the high-performance, supportive and collaborative culture across distributed teams
- Mentor and support team individuals and leaders, fostering leadership at all levels
Venture Building & Spin-Out Leadership
- Lead the incubation, development, and scaling of innovations as standalone or joint ventures
- Develop go-to-market and operational models for spin-outs in close collaboration with founders and domain experts
- Act as interim COO or CEO for early-stage ventures when needed
Strategic Leadership & Collaboration
- Partner with CEO, leadership team and the Board of Directors to align operational strategy with overall business goals
- Contribute to corporate strategy, reporting, and key business decisions
- Represent the company externally in venture or innovation-related partnerships

Your Mission:
As COO, you’ll be the engine behind our operations—optimizing projects, aligning talent, and scaling internal ventures. From building systems that empower technical teams to leading the launch of new ventures from scratch, this role is a unique mix of strategic execution, team enablement, and entrepreneurial leadership.
